Data You Provide
Search Terms
Names, places, or other details entered into a search box may be sent to the third-party provider that powers that tool. Randolph County Released Inmates does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email us or send a message, we may keep the information you provide so we can review and respond. We do not share message contents outside our organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
Automatic Site Data
Like most websites, this site may collect basic technical data when a page loads. That data helps keep the pages working and helps identify errors.
- IP address.
- Browser name and version.
- Device type and operating system.
- Pages visited and time spent on them.
- Referring website, when available.
- Date and time stamps.
Cookies
Cookies may be used to understand how visitors use the site and to support advertising or analytics. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, though some features may work differently when cookies are disabled.
How Data Is Used
- To keep the site available and loading properly.
- To route search requests to the correct partner service.
- To understand which pages are useful to visitors.
- To detect and fix technical problems.
- To display ads that may be relevant to visitor interests.
Outside Links
Pages may link to sheriff, court, corrections, release-record, VINELink, ADOC, ABPP, BOP, ICE, legal, and third-party search sources. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination site's privacy policy and data practices control.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites for ad measurement or targeted advertising. Those systems are controlled by the advertising partner, not by this site.

Security
Reasonable security practices are used to protect the site and messages we receive. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be fully secure, so we cannot promise that data will never be accessed without authorization.
